Enroll in DriverArmor SMS Alerts

Complete the form below to subscribe to automated platform notifications from DriverArmor.

How Enrollment Works

DriverArmor collects consent through multiple channels depending on the subscriber context:

Online Enrollment (this page)

Subscribers complete the enrollment form above, which captures: full name, phone number, the mandatory unticked consent checkbox (must be actively checked by the subscriber), timestamp, and browser fingerprint. The consent record is stored with a full audit trail.

Fleet Onboarding Enrollment

When a fleet operator enrolls drivers through the DriverArmor platform, each driver completes a written consent form during onboarding. The process follows 8 steps:

  1. Fleet administrator invites driver to the DriverArmor platform
  2. Driver receives onboarding instructions explaining SMS alert types
  3. Driver reviews the notification categories: safety, compliance, and DataQ alerts
  4. Driver reviews message frequency disclosure (2–10 messages per day)
  5. Driver is informed of standard message and data rates
  6. Driver is informed of opt-out rights (reply STOP at any time)
  7. Driver provides mobile number and checks the consent checkbox (unticked by default)
  8. Signed consent with timestamp is stored in the platform database with audit trail

Verbal Enrollment (Dispatcher-Assisted)

In some fleet contexts, a dispatcher may walk a driver through enrollment verbally. In these cases, the dispatcher:

  1. Explains the three alert categories (safety, compliance, DataQ)
  2. Discloses message frequency and the originating number +1 (240) 866-2349
  3. Confirms the driver understands opt-out (reply STOP) and that consent is voluntary
  4. Confirms the driver's mobile phone number
  5. Records the verbal consent with date, time, driver name, and dispatcher name
  6. Sends a confirmation SMS from the platform to the driver's number

How to Unsubscribe

Unsubscribing does not cancel your DriverArmor account or affect any other platform services. You will continue to have access to the web dashboard and compliance tools. Only SMS notifications will stop.
