Two-Way Support ProgramDriverArmor lets you send a photo of a roadside inspection report, citation, or violation notice by text message. We process it (violation grading and DataQ challenge review) and text you back with status. This is a two-way, customer-initiated support program — not marketing. By opting in, you agree to send your documents to us and receive the following messages:
Message frequency varies based on the items you send and their review status — typically a short back-and-forth per violation you submit. Standard message and data rates may apply — contact your wireless carrier for plan details.
Optional: add your mobile number below if you'd like to text your inspection or citation photos to DriverArmor and receive review status by SMS. This is not required — you can also submit and get updates by email (violations@driverarmor.ai).
Checking the box above is optional. You can submit without it and we'll follow up by email — SMS is not required.
DriverArmor collects consent through two channels:
You complete the form above, which captures: full name, phone number, an unticked consent checkbox (never pre-checked — you actively check it only if you want SMS), timestamp, and browser details. The consent record is stored with a full audit trail. Enrolling in SMS is optional and separate from using DriverArmor — your violation review works fully by email without any SMS opt-in.
You may also start by texting a photo of your violation to the DriverArmor program number. Sending us your document is a customer-initiated request for review, and we reply with status. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages. The disclosures on this page (message types, frequency varies, message & data rates may apply, STOP/HELP, and our Privacy Policy and Terms) apply either way.
Prefer email? You can also send your ticket to violations@driverarmor.ai — no SMS enrollment required.
Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel your DriverArmor account or affect any other service. You can still email your violations in and use the web dashboard. Only SMS messages will stop.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
Your mobile data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. Your number is shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver these messages. Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not responsible for message content or delivery.
