Refund Policy

Summary

Compliance assessments and defense services are non-refundable once the report has been generated or delivered. Pre-delivery refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if no work has been performed.

3. Stripe Processing Fees

Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. These fees are charged by Stripe at time of transaction and are not returned upon refund.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@driverarmor.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most billing issues within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

5. Exceptions

If our service experiences a technical failure that prevents report delivery, we will either re-generate the report at no cost or issue a full refund. Technical failures are determined at DriverArmor's discretion.
