1. Who we are

DriverArmor is a service operated by J-Star Logistics LLC dba DriverArmor, 19813 Leitersburg Pike, Suite 163, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Questions about this policy or your data: support@driverarmor.ai.

2. What we collect

• USDOT number — you enter this in our pre-checkout verification step so we can look up your carrier's public FMCSA record.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only confirmation that payment succeeded and the email Stripe collects for your receipt.
• Email address — collected on our order-confirmation page only if you choose to provide it to receive a copy of your report. Providing it is optional.
• Assessment data — public FMCSA/SAFER records we retrieve for your USDOT number and the analysis we generate from them.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver your purchase (transactional): run your assessment, show it on screen, email you a copy if you asked us to, process refunds, and respond to support requests about your order.
• Marketing — only if you explicitly opt in: an occasional newsletter, announcements of new DriverArmor services, and CSA score-change alerts for your carrier. The marketing checkbox is off by default; we send marketing email only to people who turn it on.

4. How we share data

• Stripe — to process your payment.
• FMCSA — we query public government records for your USDOT number.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for others' advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your order and assessment data until you ask us to delete it. Email support@driverarmor.ai to request deletion.

6. Your rights

• Deletion — request removal of your data anytime at support@driverarmor.ai.
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also email us.
• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you at support@driverarmor.ai.

7. Security

We serve the site and transmit data over encrypted connections (TLS) and store data using standard access controls and encryption at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

DriverArmor is a commercial service for motor carriers and CDL drivers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date; please check back periodically.
